This week we meet, talk to, and take a walk with a young Georgian living in Velenje. Meet Leli Aronia Zajc, a promising photographer who came here for a study experience, but ended up marrying a Slovenian. Leli has been living in Velenje for around two years now. The community is small but welcoming. She says Slovenians tend to keep a distance at first, but when they open their hearts Slovenia becomes the "best place to end up" :) Leli's music choice: Makvala & Archil Chiklhadze - "Adolescence". This week in "Land of Dreams" we meet Colleen Leminski, a free-spirited Canadian looking to set down roots in Slovenia. Colleen describes herself as a nomad who speaks three languages, an avid dancer, and a person who loves discovering different places… And one of those places is her current place of residence, Slovenska Bistrica. She loves the castle vegetable market, the surroundings, and the community… She came here because of love, and is excited to see what the future has to offer in Slovenia.
