Meet Ruben, a Spaniard working in a Japanese restaurant in Ljubljana. So how did he end up as a chef preparing Japanese food, and what's it like working in a kitchen? Ruben says coming to Ljubljana was like love at first sight and he loves the Slovenian traditional dishes such as jota, ričet, matevž...
