After Saturday's testing of the SI-Alarm mass notification system revealed several technical shortcomings, Defence Minister Borut Sajovic said today that he would insist on another public test being carried out with the goal of 95% of users receiving the alarm notification. The system is meant to alert people via push notifications in case of major disasters. But during the test, many users either didn’t receive the alert or got it hours late.
