Panel discussions focused on food security, energy supply, and the national security system.
The closing address was given by Prime Minister Robert Golob.

He said he was aware that defence spending will have to increase:
'’In the coming years, this increase will not come at the expense of cutting the rights of any group, least of all the most vulnerable, or in this case, social transfers. We must find ways to achieve the increase in defense, security, and resilience.’’

A draft resolution dealing with defence spending is expected to be ready at the end of April.
