The National Assembly is convening a three-day emergency session on today to tackle a number of things.
They hope to make changes to the funding of municipalities, deal with police overtime and the issues of banning fireworks.
The coalition has proposed banning the use, possession, purchase and resale of fireworks, regardless of the category.
The session will continue tomorrow and Wednesday when MPs will vote on the legislative proposals.
