Officials have annulled a decision by DARS to award a major contract for widening the A1 motorway near Ljubljana. This will affect plans for a third lane between Domžale and Ljubljana.
The contract was initially awarded to a joint bid by Slovenian builders CGP and Pomgrad for approximately EUR 80 million.
It was challenged by a rival bidder.
The core issue centred on an error in the winning bid.
