The government paid a working visiting to the southeast Posavje region today. At the center of the agenda was a proposed second reactor at the Krško Nuclear Power Plant. The government adopted a decision today to start drafting the national spatial plan for the siting of the second nuclear reactor.
PM Robert Golob and Krško Mayor Janez Kerin also signed a letter of intent for a Roma settlement project, which would enable the development of utility infrastructure in the largest Roma settlement in the municipality.
Also today the government was briefed that crime in the Posavje region has dropped by a third since the implementation of the Šutar Law.
