Slovenian PM Robert Golob held talks with French President Emmanuel Macron in Paris today.
The two leaders discussed strengthening bilateral cooperation, especially in the fields of economy and advanced technologies. They also highlighted the importance of future cooperation in the logistics, car, and defense industries.
French President Macron described the electric Renault Twingo car plant in Novo Mesto as a Franco-Slovenian success story. Macron also mentioned the establishment of a joint venture between the Port of Koper and French shipping company CMA CGM.
This is PM Golob’s third working visit to Paris, while President Macron visited Slovenia back in October.
