The government will be touring Central Slovenia today. Officials will visit most of the 25 municipalities making up the region, but will not tour Ljubljana until next month.
Prime Minister Robert Golob will first visit the Grosuplje care home and then the education, rehabilitation and training centre for young people with special needs in Kamnik.
He will also attend the opening of the renovated water supply system in
Central Slovenia is one of the country's twelve statistical regions. With the capital Ljubljana at its core, it is Slovenia's richest region with the highest GDP per capita and the highest population density.
